In the Getting Started with Lenormand post I provided a list of simple associations which included:
Stars, 6 of Hearts, Hope, Fate, Wish, Magic, Intelligence, Interconnectedness, the Internet
Stars are the card of Hope. A luminous light that falls upon hearts and lights our way in the darkest of nights.
The touch of Fate is also found in the Stars. While Fate is a hotly argued point. This is best described as what is ‘written in the stars’. Even knowing your Destiny, you as the Querant still have Choice and Freewill.
Stars can also show us the granting of Wishes, to wish upon a star is a Magic as old as time itself. Stars tend to represent benevolent Magic and Blessings that are shone upon the Querant.
Intelligence is also Indicated within the Star person, a shining mind or what could be described as Luminary.
As Stars are often part of Constellations, we also see here the indications of Interconnectedness. As we know all life is in a manner connected to each other. We can also see the Internet as a net that connects us, just as the Stars are woven around us.
As always remember that Context is Key, and allow the space to consider what is being expressed broadly as well as narrowly.
