In the Getting Started with Lenormand post I provided a list of simple associations which included:
Path/Ways, Queen of Diamonds, Choices, Crossroads, Paths, Decisions, Roads, Secondary Women
I tend to refer to this card as the Crossroad’s, But traditionally it is called the Path or Ways.
The Crossroads is a nexus. Road’s, Path’s, Choices and Decisions are all found here.
Crossroads draws our attention to what decisions are not being made.
Most interesting is how Crossroads can signify ‘Secondary Women’. This is essentially Grandmothers, mother’s in law, sisters and step-daughters.
As always remember that Context is Key, and allow the space to consider what is being expressed broadly as well as narrowly.
