In the Getting Started with Lenormand post I provided a list of simple associations which included:
Lady, Ace of Spades, Significator, Querant or the Questioned
The Lady Card is a Signifier. This can either be the Questioner or the Questionee.
Exactly the Same as the Man Card. The Lady card is very subjective to the Question and the people asking the Question and doing the Reading.
Lady can refer to AFAB people, female Identifying people and everything in between. Therefore it is most useful to view it as a Person above a Gender Identifier and read around it to see who it refers to.
As always remember that Context is Key, and allow the space to consider what is being expressed broadly as well as narrowly.
