In the Getting Started with Lenormand post I provided a list of simple associations which included:
Sun, Ace of Diamonds, Success, Confidence, Arrogance, Joy, Warmth, Luck, Radiant, Summer.
Sun is the Crown of Glory. In this way it indicates Success. On a personal and professional level.
On the negative, this can be an indication of Arrogance and egotism.
Sun is Confidence, Joy and even Warmth in the disposition of a person.
Sun is also the Lucky of triumph and victory. The winner and a sign of glorious recognition.
The Sun is Radiant in light and heat. It literally lights up the World.
For timing the Sun indicates Summer.
As always remember that Context is Key, and allow the space to consider what is being expressed broadly as well as narrowly.
