Dream processing differs from typical dream analysis, in that each person has their own dream language. This session takes the client through the dreaming process and allows the space to discover your own dreaming.
Prior to the session, the client will need:
To send a written account of the dream, written in the first person. With a title and a feeling tone.
An A3 page and suitable drawing supplies
The session includes the dreaming process, the reflection of the dream and discussion/integration of the dream message.
